Our Farm Model
We’ve developed a modular, scalable farm model that makes land-based shrimp production commercially viable – anywhere in the world.
Each farm is designed to deliver high biomass output, efficient operations, and strong unit economics. The system can be built close to market, avoiding long-distance logistics while ensuring the freshest product possible.
Key Features

Modular design
Scales from pilot to full commercial volumes with ease

Standardised components
Simplifies construction, training, and maintenance

Flexible location
No need for coastal access or pristine water sources

Integrated automation
Grading, feeding, and monitoring streamlined from day one

Built-in biosecurity
Controlled environment from water intake to harvest
Whether owned, co-developed, or licensed, each farm follows the same principles:
high performance, low environmental impact, and local market delivery.
We’re currently developing farms in the UK and Europe, with plans for global rollout. Interested in hosting, investing, or licensing a farm? Get in touch.
How Licencing works
We license our proprietary shrimp farming system to partners who want to operate high-performance land-based farms in their own regions.
Our licensing model gives you access to the same technology, designs, and support we use in our own facilities – without needing to develop a system from scratch.
What’s Included

Full system design package
Patented tank layouts, flow dynamics, and RAS architecture

Tech specifications & equipment list
Including options for oxygenation, CO₂ stripping, grading, and more

Operational protocols
Stocking, feeding, water quality, and health management guides

Onboarding & training
Support through build, commissioning, and first harvest

Ongoing technical support
Optional long-term advisory or remote monitoring services
Who It’s For

Aquaculture operators
looking to diversify into shrimp

Landowners
seeking a proven model for local seafood production

Investors and governments
interested in food security, employment, and sustainable exports
Licences are flexible and scalable – from single farms to multi-site developments.

For Landowners, Operators
& Overseas Partners
We’re actively looking to collaborate with those who want to bring land-based shrimp farming to their region – whether you have the site, the skills, or the strategic vision to make it happen.
Our proprietary system is modular, scalable, and designed to be deployed anywhere – with no need for coastal access or traditional aquaculture infrastructure.

Landowners
Have a suitable site with access to water, power, and logistics? We’re looking for locations where we can co-develop farms under lease or joint venture models.

Aquaculture Operators
Looking to expand into shrimp? We license our full system and provide technical support to get you up and running - fast and efficiently.

Overseas Partners
We’re particularly interested in strategic partners in high-consumption or high-import markets where domestic shrimp production can provide a local, sustainable alternative.

Planned Sites
We’re in active development across multiple locations as we scale our system globally.
Each site plays a strategic role – whether as a showcase facility, a regional production hub, or a stepping stone for wider market access.
Neath, Wales
The site of our UK expansion is located 10 minutes from our original Swansea pilot. Sited in the landmark Neath building 'The Metal Box' in Neath, the site has planning permission for 600 tons annual production. Works are scheduled to commence in 2026 with the facility becoming operational in early 2027.
Swansea, Wales
Our Swansea site is the beating heart of our innovation – a dedicated R&D hub where we trial and refine the world’s most advanced shrimp farming technologies. Every system we deploy globally is tested here first, under real operating conditions. It’s also our training ground, where every team member masters our protocols before joining new farms worldwide. This ensures our operations deliver proven results, backed by expertise and precision from day one.
Oostende, Belgium
Oostende will be our first operational full-scale commercial farm in Europe. Strategically located near major Northern European logistics routes, it will serve as both a high-quality production site and a flagship demonstration hub for sustainable, land-based shrimp farming.

These projects reflect our commitment to building smart, sustainable farms wherever the market – or mission – demands.
